The easiest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We read everything, usually within a couple of days. No ticket numbers, no chatbots, no “your message is important to us” hold music. Just a reply, when a human gets to it.

Corrections especially welcome

Prices change, plans get renamed, and builders retire features without telling anyone. If you spot something on this site that's out of date or plain wrong, please say so. We'd rather be corrected than comfortable, and we update pages when the facts change.

What we can't help with

One honest limit: we can't fix your website builder account. If your site is down, your billing looks odd, or your login won't cooperate, the builder's own support team is the only one who can see inside your account and actually put it right. You'll find their help section in your builder's dashboard, usually under Help or Support. We know that's not the answer anyone hopes for. It's just the true one, and you'll get sorted faster there than through us.

Everything else
