Site123 Pricing 2026: What Each Plan Costs, and What Isn't Shown

Site123 is free to start, and its paid Premium plan is advertised from $10.80 a month when you pay for a year upfront, which works out to $129.60 for year one, domain included. That is the honest short answer to "how much is Site123", as shown to US visitors on 9–10 Oct 2026. The longer answer is that Site123 shows far less of its pricing than most builders, and the rest only appears at checkout.

This page lays out what Site123 publishes, what it doesn't, and how the entry price compares with the two other easy builders we review. If you just want a calm, menu-driven site and can live with a rigid template, Site123 is worth the free trial run. If you need to know your year-two bill before you start, read the section on renewals first.

Site123 pricing in short

Site123's pricing page shows two cards and a list of questions. The free plan costs nothing and needs no card. The Premium card says "$12.80/Month" without naming a billing term, and the page's FAQ adds that you can get a custom domain "as low as $10.8 per month (annual plan, paid up front)". Below that, the FAQ names four packages (Basic, Advanced, Professional and Gold) and four billing terms (3, 12, 24 and 36 months), but prices none of them.

So the public numbers are $0, $12.80 and $10.80, and only the last one comes with a clear condition. We couldn't confirm which term or package the $12.80 card refers to. Third-party sites publish per-package figures, but we couldn't match them to Site123's own pages, so we don't repeat them here.

Two-column summary of Site123 pricing as of 9–10 Oct 2026. Published on the pricing page: free plan at $0, the Premium card at $12.80 a month, $10.80 a month on an annual prepay, four package names, four billing terms, a free domain for year one and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Not published: prices for each package, the renewal price, the domain renewal price and any month-to-month option.

What the free plan really allows

The free plan is a genuine working site, not a countdown. It includes 250 MB of storage and 250 MB of bandwidth, publishes on a Site123 subdomain, and shows Site123's branding. You can run the whole three-step setup, see your site live and judge the template before paying anything.

Those caps are small. 250 MB of storage fills quickly once you add full-size photos, and 250 MB of bandwidth leaves little room for visitors loading those photos. For a club notice page or a test run, it is enough. For a business that wants customers to find it, you will want your own domain, and that means Premium.

The packages and what each adds

Premium is the umbrella name for Site123's paid plans. The Premium card lists what every paid plan gets you: 3 GB of storage and 3 GB of bandwidth, a free domain for one year, the option to connect a domain you already own, removal of the floating Site123 tag, and an online store.

Inside Premium sit the four packages. The pricing page doesn't list their individual features, with one exception: it says the Advanced, Professional and Gold packages include email accounts, and that extra email accounts can be bought separately. That suggests Basic is the website-only package. You can move up later by upgrading and paying only the difference, according to the same page, so starting on the smallest package costs you nothing in flexibility.

Term length changes the price

Site123 sells plans on 3-, 12-, 24- and 36-month terms, and its FAQ says longer commitments get a bigger percentage discount. There is no month-to-month option in the list; the shortest commitment is three months. That makes the advertised $10.80 an annual-prepay price, not a monthly one, and a 24- or 36-month term should come in lower per month.

Because the term prices aren't published, the only way to see them is to start the upgrade and read the checkout screen. When you do, compare the total you pay today, not the monthly figure, and note which package is selected. A long term locks in today's rate, but it also locks you in, and a template-bound builder is the kind of tool people tend to outgrow.

Year two: domain and plan renewal

This is where Site123 tells you least. The pricing page says the first annual plan purchase includes a free year of domain service. It doesn't say what the domain costs after that, and it doesn't say whether your plan renews at the same rate you paid for the first term.

Two practical defences. First, if you already own a domain or buy one from a registrar, Premium lets you connect it, so the domain renewal is a price you control. Second, read the renewal terms on the checkout screen before paying, and screenshot them. Site123 offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on Premium plans, so you have two weeks to change your mind if the numbers look different from what you expected.

Site123 vs the other easy builders on price

Here is the entry price of an ad-free, own-domain site on Site123 and on the two other easy builders we review, Webador and Jimdo, using US prices read on 9–10 Oct 2026.

Entry price with your own domain, US prices, 9–10 Oct 2026
BuilderPlanBillingYear 1Year 2Free plan
Site123Premium, advertised rateAnnual, paid upfront$129.60Not publishedYes, 250 MB storage and bandwidth
WebadorProAnnual$63.00$148.50Yes, no own domain
JimdoStart12-month term$132.00$132.00 if the price holdsYes, 5 pages

How we got the numbers. Site123's year one is the advertised $10.80 a month times 12. Webador Pro is $5.25 a month for the first 12 months under an offer that ends on 31 Oct 2026, then $10.50 a month, plus $22.50 a year for the domain after the free first year. We used Pro because Webador's cheapest plan, Lite, shows ads on your site. Jimdo Start is $11 a month on a 12-month term with your own domain listed as included; Jimdo notes that other terms may vary.

Grouped bar chart of entry cost with your own domain. Site123 Premium $129.60 in year one, year two not published. Webador Pro $63.00 then $148.50. Jimdo Start $132.00 in both years if the 12-month price holds.

On year one alone, Webador is cheapest by a wide margin and Site123 and Jimdo are close. Over two years, Jimdo is the most predictable, and Site123 is the one you can't price until you are at the checkout. Our Webador review and Jimdo review cover what you get for the money on each.

Is the free plan enough, or which package?

Most people should start free, because Site123's real selling point is the setup, and that costs nothing to test. These questions decide when to pay and what to pay for.

Decision flow for Site123: if you need your own domain, upgrade to Premium; if photos or traffic are pushing past the 250 MB limits, upgrade to Premium; if you need email accounts on your domain, choose Advanced or higher; otherwise stay on the free plan.

If you do upgrade, choose the term at checkout with the money-back window in mind. Fourteen days is long enough to publish on your own domain and check that everything works before the payment becomes final. Start on Site123's free plan and upgrade only when one of those triggers appears.

Edge cases

If you want to leave later, plan for it now: Site123's pricing page says you can't download your website. Moving means copying your text and images into another builder by hand. If you sell online, the store comes with every Premium plan, but the pricing page doesn't list transaction fees, so check them at checkout too.

If you are outside the US, expect different numbers. Site123's prices can differ by country and currency, which is one reason published figures disagree so much. Our Site123 review covers the editor and the three-step setup in full, and our easiest website builders ranking puts its 9.0 ease score in context.

Plain answers about Site123 pricing

Is Site123 free?
Yes. There is no time limit on the free plan, and no card is needed. It gives you 250 MB of storage, 250 MB of bandwidth and a Site123 subdomain, with Site123 branding. To use your own domain and remove the branding, you need a Premium plan.
How much does Site123 cost per month?
As of 9–10 Oct 2026, Site123 advertises Premium from $10.80 a month on an annual plan paid upfront, which is $129.60 for the year. Its Premium card also shows $12.80 a month without naming a term. Package prices for Basic, Advanced, Professional and Gold appear only at checkout.
Can I pay for Site123 monthly?
Not month to month. Site123's pricing page lists billing terms of 3, 12, 24 and 36 months, with bigger discounts for longer terms. The shortest commitment is three months.
Does Site123 offer refunds?
Yes. Site123 says all Premium plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. You request a refund through its customer service, using the payment-issues form linked on the pricing page.
What happens after the free domain year?
Site123 includes a free year of domain service with your first annual plan, but its pricing page doesn't show the renewal price. Check it at checkout. If you prefer a price you control, register the domain with a registrar and connect it, which every Premium plan allows.
